Let me to express my sincere gratitude to you the management team led
by the MM Mr Kannemeyer, for your focused and continued efforts in
turning around the municipality with the intention to improve the
working conditions for our workers and your commitment in providing
basic services to our residents, despite the current challenges.

Your extra effort in ensuring uninterrupted basic services to residents, in
all five towns, serves as a catalyst for your collective efforts to ensure
improved services to the community in the midst of COVID-19
pandemic.

As a management collective, you further managed to ensure financial
viability of the institution and continue to motivate the work force to
remain disciplined and focused while discharging their responsibilities to
our society.

For your selfless sacrifice, for risking your lives, we value you and we
