Ngwathe Local Municipality held the Urgent Special Meeting of NLM Council on 31 January 2023, to consider, inter alia, Draft Consolidated Audited Annual Report for the end of 2021/22 Financial year submitted in terms of Section 127(2) of the MFMA, 56 of 2003 and Section 46 of the MSA 32 of 2000. Subsequently, in compliance with the relevant legislative requirements, the MM submitted the annual performance report for the 2022 financial year to AGSA in terms of Section 45 of the MSA for external audit purposes. To also ensure compliance with Ngwathe IDP and SDBIP reports for 2022/23, with Mid-Term Performance Non-Financial Report 2022/23, in summary.
