Urgent community announcement regarding electricity.

The municipal technical team has noted high usage of electricity which might cause Eskom to implement power supply cuts.

Residents are kindly requested to reduce electricity usage by, among others, switching off geysers, pumps and other heavy duty electrical appliances where possible.

Ngwathe municipality sends a word of gratitude to residents who continue to cooperate in this regard.

Residents are further advised to adhere to COVID-19 regulations.
