Ngwathe certificate conferment ceremony

The Executive Mayor of Ngwathe local municipality Cllr Victoria De Beer-Mthombeni presented the 17 LED learnership participants with the certificates of participation as an act of appreciation to learners for completing the program, on Friday 02 September 2022.The Executive Mayor, joined by the MMCs, emphasized the importance of empowerment particularly on the local economy development process as a step to the right direction especially, on a municipality that regards local economic development as a cornerstone for young people to participate in the field economically.

The LGSETA funded Ngwathe local municipality leanership LED NQF level 4 program that run for a period of 12 months and completed last year October and it benefited 20 unemployed youth from the respective towns making up Ngwathe and out of 20 only 17 completed the program.
