TABLING OF THE NGWATHE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY 2022/23 MID-YEAR BUDGET AND PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT AND ANNUAL REPORT 2021/22

In terms of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003; section 127 states that;

1. The accounting officer of a municipal entity must, within six months after the end of a financial year, or such earlier date as may be agreed between the entity and its parent municipality, submit the entity’s annual report for that financial year to the municipal manager of the entity’s parent municipality

1. The mayor of a municipality must, within seven months after the end of a financial year, table in the municipal council the annual report of the municipality and of any municipal entity under the municipality’s sole or shared control

The Ngwathe Local Municipality will convene the meeting in which the Executive Mayor of Ngwathe Local Municipality, Cllr V De Beer will be tabling the 2022/23 Mid-Year Budget and Performance Assessment Report and 2021/22 Annual Report will be as follows:
