The Executive Mayor launches water pipe line

The Executive Mayor of Ngwathe local municipality Cllr Victoria De Beer-Mthombeni, alongside MMCs and Ward Councillors, including local stakeholders, during launch of a water pipe line in Tumahole. The pipeline will be constructed from the water plant to reservoir no1 in Ghana, Tumahole.

The pipe which is being done by internal municipal water team is aimed at improving water distribution to most parts of Tumahole and Parys. This is anticipated to run for a period of at least 6 months.

The Executive Mayor sent a word of gratitude to all the stakeholders involved in this project and wished municipal workers all the best as this project intends to improve on service delivery, water provision in particular.

The technical team will continue monitoring the development of this project to make sure it becomes a success.
